Score Card Overview (Performance - Rating)

Scorecard is a fundamental management tools in order to improve the supplier relationship management (SRM).

Winddle offers the possibility to create fully custom scorecards based on objective key performance indicators and subjective rating in order to give a full grasp of the supplier relationship which is a blend of objective criteria, experience and human relationship.

Performance

As said above the "Performance" is the result of objective data tracked in Winddle. 

 

1. On the selected contact go to "Performance" tab of the contact page

2. Select the time period for which you want to calculate and display the performance KPI 

3. The performance KPIs are displayed for the selected contact(s)

4. Performance is designed to compare contacts. You can compare the selected contact to other contacts of the SRM. The selection will be saved between 2 sessions
Click on "Add supplier" to compare to other contacts

5. When you click on a given KPI, it is displayed as a chart. Each KPI can be analysed according to given dimensions.

Rating

The "Rating" is the evaluation or assessment of criteria(s), in terms of quality and/or quantity

1. On the selected contact go to "Rating" tab of the contact page

2. Ratings are displayed for the selected contact(s) for the current season.

3. Rating is designed to compare contacts. You can compare the selected contact to other contacts of the SRM. The selection will be saved between 2 sessions
Click on "Add supplier" to compare to other contacts

4 & 5. The activity feed is displayed for the selected rating item.

On each rating item line you can see different informations

1. The information tooltip is displaying the description of the rating item when you mouse over.

2. You can update the given rating for the selected item.

3. This icon indicates that the rating item is collaborative.It means that anyone within the company will be able to rate the item. The total of the rating item will be the average of each rate given by the employee of the company.

4. This icon display the evolution of the rating compared to the previous season. When you mousse over you can see the previous rating
