Score Card Set-up (Performance - Rating)

 

Performance set-up overview

The rating set-up can be made from the Company settings > Supplier > Performance

Page Overview

1. Add a new performance item.

2. Name of the performance item.

3. Base KPI, is the metric on which the KPI is based. 

4. Filters the KPI is using

5.  Winddle offers you the possibility to select for which "Contact roles" you want to use this rating item.

6. Performance items can be Edited or Removed

Build a custom performance KPI

To add a performance item click on "Add custom kpi". Two types of KPIs can be created from the modal that are build in 2 different ways.

Non % Performance KPI

1. Select te KPI

2. Name the KPI

3. Select role(s) on which the KPI is applied

4. You can set filter on the KPI

5. Click on update

% Performance KPI

Just like for non % KPI you have to

1. Select the KPI

2. Name the KPI

3. Select role(s) on which the KPI is applied

4. For % Performance KPI you also have to select a secondary filter. The secondary filter allows to calculate the percentage of case that match the filter out of the total count of the selected KPI.
I.e in the above case the KPI will count the number of PO (purchase order) with delay (Delays (days) > 0) out of the total of PO.

You can still apply a filter to the KPI.

NB: the KPI % Checkpoint delay is already a percentage and doesn't need you to select a secondary filter.

 

Rating set-up overview

The rating set-up can be made from the Company settings > Supplier > Rating

Set-up

1. Click to add a rating item

2. Name the rating item

3. Validate

The Rating item is now displayed

4. Here its name is displayed

5. For each rating item you can add a description. 
If there is already a description you'll see this icon 
If there is no description you'll see this icon 

6. You can create section in order to group rating item. A total will be calculated for each group/section.The total will always be calculated out of 5. You can select an existing from the drop down list, or create a new one.

7. Winddle offers you the possibility to select for which "Contact roles" you want to use this rating item.

 

8. You can choose how you want to display the rating item.
The total per group/section ad the grand total will always show a rating out of 5.

9. You can chose the weight of the rating item in the calculation of the group/section total and grand total. 

10. A rating item can be marked as collaborative. It means that anyone within the company will be able to rate the item. The total of the rating item will be the average of each rate given by the employee of the company.

11. A rating item can be removed.
