How to attach documentation?

Documents can be added to the shipment either because they are required as par of the process, or to share information with partners.

1. From the selected shipment page you can see that a required document is missing

2. Go to “Document” tab. Here a sign is also notifying you that a required document is missing. In this situation the Bill of Lading is required
3. Click on “Upload requirement” to upload the required document. A pop-up will open

4. Select the document
5. Click on ‘”Upload”

The warning is no longer displayed
